Option 1: Use 'Actual size'
With this setting, your document will print in the size that it was created. This one for example, is 6" x 8.5", so when printed and cut, your document will be that same size.
Option 2: Use the 'Multiple' setting
This allows you to print multiple pages into one sheet of paper. Since we're printing just one page, it will arrange it in half the page, or a quarter of the page, depending on how many parts you divide the page in.
Something I like about this setting is that it gives you the option to print a border around your document. This way you can know exactly where to cut it.
Option 3: Use 'Custom scale'
You can select the exact size that you want your document to be by selecting 'Custom scale' and entering a percentage. So for example, if you want your document to be half the size of the original, you can type 50% and it will shrink down to that.
I explain it a bit more in this video. I hope it helps!
