Crochet pattern on my shop - Jeff the Land Shark

🧶 My pattern for the super cute Jeff the Land Shark is finally finished!

This one took so long to make, because every part was new and different for me. I had never made a shark pattern before, and even less one with the mouth open.

It was a challenge, the shape of the head, not only because of the mouth, but also because of the changing colors. Crochet takes A LOT of math, and when you're creating a pattern to sell you have to make it as simple as possible so that the instructions are clear and not confusing.

You can find this pattern on my shop here. Everything is currently on sale as I'm writing this post!

I planned to make the teeth with yarn as well, but I knew that with felt they would look sharper and more menacing. 😆 And I also wanted black domed buttons for the eyes but I didn't have any on the size I needed, so I used felt as well. Ultimately I think this was the best decision because the eyes look very similar to the actual character, with the white highlights and the pointy oval shape.

Do you have any ideas of other characters that I could make next? I have some ideas but I'm not sure if they are popular or if many people are interested, so if there's a pattern that you have been looking for please let me know!

Have fun today and see you in the next one. :)
